Daily quests
Daily quests are three small goals DoppiNow sets each day: one for focus time, one for your combo, and one for sessions or boxes. You claim each reward by hand, and claiming all three earns a bonus reward box.

How it works
Three a day
One for focus time (20, 40 or 60 min), one for your combo (x2 to x4), one for sessions or boxes.
Live progress
They fill while you work, including the session thatโs running.
Claim by hand
Tap โ+XPโ on the Progress page: 40 to 120 XP per quest.
A bonus box
Claim all three for a bonus reward box. New quests arrive at midnight.
All the details
Each day gets one quest from each group, and they stay the same all day:
- Focus 20, 40 or 60 min today (50, 80 or 120 XP).
- Reach a x2, x3 or x4 combo (40, 70 or 100 XP).
- Complete a session (60 XP), Start 2 sessions today (60 XP) or Open a reward box (40 XP).
Progress fills live, including the running session's focus and combo.
You claim each reward in the popup: when a quest is done, the "Today's quests" row says "Reward ready"; tap it and coins fly to your level medal. Claiming all three adds a bonus box, opened from the popup. Your home page shows today's quests too.
The popup's "Today's quests" row shows "1/3", or "Reward ready" when one can be claimed.
Quest names follow your world, for example "Complete a voyage", "Fly twice today" or "Open a paint box".
A session counts toward "Start 2 sessions today" once it ends, and only if it had at least 1 minute of focus. It counts toward "Complete a session" only if its timer ran out with at least half of its planned time, minus breaks, focused (see Completion bonus).
Settings: Always on.
Why it helps with ADHD
In a meta-analysis of 141 papers, setting goals had a small positive effect on behaviour (d =.34) (Epton et al. 2017). Gamification adds small but real effects (Sailer & Homner 2020). The quests themselves haven't been tested.
DoppiNow is a productivity tool, not a treatment for ADHD.

Daily quests: common questions
When do quests change?
At midnight, local time. Each day picks a new set.
Do I have to claim rewards myself?
Yes. Tap "Reward ready" in the popup's "Today's quests" row. A finished quest stays claimable until the day ends.
