Progress page
The Progress page is DoppiNow's long view, on your home page at doppinow.com. You open it from the level badge in the popup, from the home page's menu, or with "Jump to anything" (Ctrl K). It shows your voyage through your world's ranks, all 12 badges, your all-time totals, your focus patterns over 7, 30 or 90 days, and the logbook of every session.

How it works

Comeback ring on top
A large ring for today, a smaller one for the last 7 days, and the minutes you reclaimed in all.
Your level
Level medal, rank, XP bar and how many levels to the next rank.
Today
Quests to claim, your streak over the last 7 days and all 12 badges.
The logbook
Focus minutes for the last 7 days, totals, your last sessionโs trail and the Later list.
All the details
At the top, your voyage: every rank of your world as a stop on a route, the ones you passed filled in, your rank highlighted, and how many levels the next one is away.
Badges appear as 12 tiles, each with the date earned or what it takes.
"All time" lists your total focus, the focus you reclaimed after a distraction, sessions (and how many you completed), comebacks, your longest combo and the boxes you opened, plus your streak savers and the boxes waiting in the extension.
"Your patterns" has a 7, 30 or 90 day range: the Comeback ring for the range (see Comeback ring), focus, days focused, your streak and the average on a focus day; focus minutes per day against the streak goal; the days you focused as a calendar; your best focus hours; and where session time went. Every chart has a table view.
The logbook (called Flight log, Sketchbook, Build log or Study log in the other worlds) lists every session, newest first, with its goal, focus, the minutes it reclaimed, how much was on track, comebacks and XP.
Settings: Always available once you sign in. Your extension sends each finished session and your game to your account, so the page is the same on every computer.
Why it helps with ADHD
Progress monitoring improved goal attainment in 138 studies (d = 0.40) (Harkin et al. 2016).
No study has tested DoppiNow itself. DoppiNow is a productivity tool, not a treatment for ADHD.
