1. It opens once, automatically, when DoppiNow is installed.

2. A live preview plays a 25-minute session in about 20 seconds (with reduced motion, it shows one still moment instead). Focus builds a combo, the fog rolls in, the reminder offers the way back, the comeback pays +25 XP ("↩ Reclaiming focus") and the ship reaches its island. Under the intro, one line gives the core idea in your world's words next to a small comeback ring, for example "Fog rolls in. Come back and close your comeback ring." (see Comeback ring).

3. Six "How to play" cards show XP and ranks, the combo, the comeback bonus, checkpoints and boxes (you can tap to open one), streaks and savers, and quests and badges.

4. You pick a world (Sea, Space & Engineering, Art Studio, Business or Academic), which is saved right away. Then you write a goal or tap an example ("📚 Study a little", "✍️ Write a paragraph", "✉️ Answer an email"), pick 10, 25, 50 or 90 minutes or open-ended, and start. Until you've answered the one-time question about smarter page checks ("Allow page checks" or "Keep it on this device", see Goal-aware tab check), it takes the start button's place.

5. If a session is already running, the page shows its goal, the time left and whether you're on a break or paused, instead of the form.

Settings: Always on. It opens once, on install, and there's no link back to it later.
