How it works
See the verdict
The popup shows the page you’re on with a dot: related, away from your goal, or free zone.
Tap to correct
“It’s related” or “Not related”, in the popup or on the reminder card. “Undo” takes it back.
Your mark wins
Until the session ends, your mark beats every other rule.
Right-sized
On all-topic sites like YouTube or Reddit, a mark covers only that page or video. Elsewhere it covers the whole site.
All the details
In the popup, the line under the scene shows the page you're on and a colored dot. Hover over it to read "Related to your goal", "Away from your goal" or "Free zone". Next to it is a button: "Not related" on related or neutral pages, "It's related" on unrelated ones, and "Undo" once you've marked a page. Browser pages have no button.
The reminder card has "It's related" too. When DoppiNow was unsure, it reads "Yes, it's related".
Marks last for this session only, and they beat site lists and every other check.
Some sites host every topic: YouTube, Reddit, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Medium, Twitch, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tumblr, Substack, Quora and Ekşi Sözlük. There, a mark covers only that page, video or search: one YouTube video or playlist, one Facebook video, post or photo, one search on Reddit, X or LinkedIn. On any other site, a mark covers the whole site, except search pages, where it covers only that search. Marks stay in your browser, so telling these pages apart sends nothing more to DoppiNow's server.
Marking the page you're on as related isn't a comeback, so it doesn't pay the +25 XP bonus. Going back to a page you marked does count.

Quick page correction: common questions
If I mark one YouTube video as related, is all of YouTube allowed?
No. On YouTube and other all-topic sites, a mark covers only that page or video.
How long does a mark last?
Until the session ends. To make it permanent, add the site to "Part of my work" or "Distracts me" in Settings → Your sites.
