Quick answers

Is DoppiNow a website blocker?

No. DoppiNow never blocks a page. When a tab doesn’t fit your goal, you get a calm reminder and the page gently ripples. Coming back pays +25 XP (the first 8 times per session), and the focus after it counts toward your Comeback ring.

Freedom or DoppiNow for ADHD?

It depends on what helps you. Some people need distractions gone, and Freedom is built for that. Others find blocks stressful or need the “distracting” sites for work; DoppiNow nudges and rewards instead.

Can I use DoppiNow on my phone like Freedom?

Not yet. DoppiNow is a browser extension for desktop Chrome 120 or newer (other Chromium browsers such as Edge or Brave may also work).
